<b>EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DE COLOMBIA</b><br />
en ejercicio de sus atribuciones constitucionales y legales, en especial las conferidas en<br />
el numeral 1° del artículo 189 de la Constitución Política<br />
<b>DECRETA:</b><br />
<b>ARTICULO PRIMERO. </b>Nómbrase al doctor <b>GABRIEL SILVA </b>LUJÁN, identificado con<br />
la cédula de ciudadanía 79.142.102 de Usaquén, como Ministro de Defensa Nacional.<br />
<b>ARTíCULO SEGUNDO. </b>El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición.<br />
